Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: 4pm–8pm (please message us if you’ll arrive outside these hours , early check in may be available for a small fee)
- Check-out: by 10am (late check-out may be available for a small fee)
- Please text us with your ETA so we can welcome you on arrival
- Use the video doorbell at the entrance to alert us when you arrive
- All stays require a 2-night minimum period
Who Can Stay
We welcome couples, families, and solo travellers.
Please note:
- No large groups or parties , Family groups may book more than 1 Cabin if agreed with us prior
- Cabins sleep 2 adults + 2 children (plus 1 infant) or a max of 3 adults
- Sofa bed bedding is £30 extra – please add this when booking
- Only registered guests allowed onsite – no visitors (for insurance purposes)
Dogs at Wildwood
- Well-behaved small to medium dogs (under 20kg) are welcome
- Must stay on a lead at all times and never left alone at any time
- Not allowed on beds or sofas – bring their own bed
- Fee of £20 per dog per stay applies (for Direct Bookings only)
- Please clean up after them and use the General Waste bin at the site entrance
- No reactive or listed dangerous breeds
Respecting Others
- No loud noise after 10pm or before 8am
- Any disruptive behaviour may result in your stay being cancelled with no refund
Smoking & Fires
- No smoking or vaping inside cabins - we will terminate your stay immediately without refund if this rule is broken
- You can smoke at the fire pit – ask for a bucket for disposal
- Use only the provided fire bowls and BBQs in the designated area on the Slate at the side of the Cabin
- Decking is composite so will be damaged by heat do not put either on here
- No fireworks or sky lanterns (fire risk)
- Fires only permitted when weather conditions allow
Safety First
- Cabins include: smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire blanket & extinguisher
- Fire safety & evacuation info is in your welcome pack
- Fire assembly point is outside the main gate
Exploring the Woodland
- Our 3.5-acre woodland is wild and natural – wear suitable shoes
- Bring a torch if walking after dark (no lighting in the woodland)
- Stay clear of the quarry edge and do not climb the fencing
Bins & Waste
- No food or rubbish to be left outside
- Please use the bins provided and help us recycle – full info in your welcome pack
Before You Leave
- Check out by 10am
- Leave the cabin clean and tidy just as you found it
- Put rubbish in the bins provided in the rear utility shed , the main bins at the site entrance can be used for bulkier items
- Wash and return all kitchenware
- Extra cleaning charges may be taken from your security deposit if the above rules are not followed
A Note on Valuables
- Any valuables are left at your own risk
